We have been with Essential Med since 2012. We have had just 1 issue after another since they changed from carecross to essential 1 doctor. My dr referred my wife for x-rays and she made sure before going that they will pay, and they never did. Then my daughter got sick on weekend so i checked on there website for dr that is on their system and frank ce & was so i made appointment they even phoned essential to get a confirmation, which they did. She was sent also for x-rays and again neither was paid till date. We pay R1500 per month and we don't get the service. Now they don't answer our calls to their nr or even our emails. We can't afford to be blacklisted due to bad and slack service from essential med. I need them to pay all our outstanding accounts by month end. Thus end Nov 2013.
