Worse service and No Claims

Hi There,

I am Venkat, i have essential med Boost membership since June, According to contract i have unlimited Blood Tests and Unlimited GP Visits. I paid each and every month premium but Essential med didn't pay Ampath blood test bills, i explained to Essential Med people. Essential Med people keep on saying they will sort it out but i am keep on getting bills from Ampath. Even GP doctor didn't allow me to consult, when i ask Essential med people
they said me to consult Day1 doctor then i contacted Day1 doctor, Day1 people said me to contact essential.

According Boost policy they have to give me three times specialist visits money, but they didn't give me money back.

Even they are not giving me response.
