INCONSISTENT AND PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

I have a personal loan and the debit order did not go through during December due to a technical fault. I had contact the relevant dept to inform them of this and arranged to have the now arrear amount spread over the term and for the monthly debit order to run as per usual in January.
My husband transferred some money into my account on the 22nd (my pay date is the 25th) for school fees and Absa decided to help themselves with these funds to pay for the December instalment.

I had a similar situation previously where the money was reversed and capitalised - after speaking to numerous INCOMPETENT and RUDE people in your system, nobody can help with this simple request!!!
When are you going to get your act together ABSA???
