Non delivery of si, card

A contract was offered in November last to my mother. She received the Samsung Tablet 3 7". It was delivered with the incorrect sim card. We have called their call centre but nothing has come of it. The sim card is yet to be delivered but they are deducting money for it. I even went to the Ghandi square branch but they were not helpful too.
