I went into the capitec atm to draw money as i was about to put in my card a man came up to me and put his hand on top of mine and he had bank notes in his hand and distracted me and said my card is in i must put in my pin i thought there was a problem with the machine i put in my pin next thing i didnt see my card when i looked again this man had dissapeared there was no security at the atm i went into the branch i was told they are having a meeting i must wait i asked the cleaner to call someone she called a consultant who said they in a meeting and she said i must use the company phone and call myself the lady said she blocked my card whilst i was waiting in capitec bank a debit first went off for R2000 then R1500 from a fnb atm out my account, i waited until the meeting was finished i asked the lady why there is no security at the atm she said she doesnt know i then called the call centre from my work place to lay a complaint the lady told me they dont supply securitys at their atm thats the way they work and she said she will sent complaint it will take 7-14 working days i am so dissapointed i am always singing capitec's praises and reffering people
