R200 Went down the drain

Good Morning

I went to the bank to withdraw R2000 at Maponya Mall Capitec ATM at 09:03 placed the money in my purse then went to shop 356 TWJ Events supplies to buy birthday decorations.

After shopping I went to pay, that's when I realized 1 of the R200 notes had ink went back to the bank a lady at the door insisted I must stand on a long inquiry queue, I waited for a while got very angry then requested to see a manager and she said even if I can talk to a manager all people with ink on notes stands on a queue.

Manager Lungiswa Nkonhla took the note, Bank slip, ID and Bank card then went to the back office for a while came back and said her seniors are questioning why am I only reporting after so long which was 45 minutes on the same day & I have the slip from the other shop. She said she will talk to the regional and phone me back.

Monday & Tuesday heard nothing from her, Wednesday went to the back she only did a follow up then but said she cant get hold of the regional I must wait for 15 minutes that was it I told her I am taking my account from them and she said its fine. It is so unfair I am still in position of the R200 note with ink and Capitec is not doing anything :(
