On Tuesday the 27th of August I went to the branch to try and make a payment on my Capitec Loan... This is how it goes Capitec does not care about their clients! I have dealt with this branch since November 2012 and could never say anything good about them than to just walk out of the branch and be upset and I have complained before many occasions... My partner is not a person who likes to critisize but he even had to complain about mpho (Shirmika's) bombastic and sarcastic attitude. If I wasn't a descent person I was going to teach this girl some manners myself. When I requested how much I am supposed to pay on my account she told me that she wont be able to tell me what the arrangements are. So I asked her how am I supposed to make a payment... Where she replied "I don't know its not ME its the system" After that I asked her to request a solution from her manager where she replied" CLEARLY IM INCOMPETENT TO ASSIST" Still there was no solution to as how I can make a payment. So now I ask what is this girl doing if she cant help clients? Capitec is the cheapest but I will rather pay more with a bank that employs staff that knows business. MALL @ REDS CAPITEC YOU MAKE ME SICK!
