I have applied for a Credit Card Limit on Friday 20131018, I was told it will be transferred this past Monday 20131021
On that Monday I was told I must go back to the branch because I need to sign, the consultant made a Mistake
So I went to the branch again about 10h00am, she promised me that it will be paid in the afternoon the same Monday.
I waited and waited, Later that Monday she sent me an sms saying the was a mistake on the contract, it needs to be redone
I have to go back to the branch on Tuesday again to sign a new contract because she has made a mistake again, I went Tuesday 20131022 and sign another contract again, she promised me it will be paid yesterday in the afternoon
To my surprise it has not been paid as yet, Mind you, I have to take two taxi`s to go to the branch
I would really like to what is the hold up? What happened to the Excellent service I used to receive from African Bank?
I have got a good paying record with you guys, I have never missed even 1 single instalment
What is your turn around time??? and this is not the 1st time it has happened before I had to wait for a week
