My debit order for smart spend loan was taken off twice, on the 31st of December as well as the 3rd of January. I called the call centre on the 4th and spoke to Nombekwe who assured me that the money would be in within 48 hours. on the 09/01 i called again as no money was deposited, i spoke with Mabathu who assured me that it was in process of being paid and that it would be paid yesterday.today, 10 January it still hasnt been paid!!! i called in yet again, spoke with Tsepa, she was more interested in gettiing me off the line that actually resolving my query, the more i requested her to get a team leader to find me feedback the more she tells me she will escalate it.eventually she keeps me on hold for so long and transfers me to Mabathu who didnt even know i was coming through to her.needless to say Mabathu STILL CANNOT GIVE ME FEEDBACK!!! while speaking to her i can clearly hear a cell phone ringing in the backgroumd.i am utterly appalled at this behavior!
