Unauthorised debit orders going from my account!!!

When i received my new contract from Vodacom and i gave all my information, i was told about the service and relayed to Vodacom sales explicitly that I DO NOT need or want the insurance offered by Fonesure.

Apparently, this vital information did not make it into their systems (although it was obviously recorded for quality purposes) and debit orders have been going off my account since September 2013.

I have been trying to call the call center for Fonesure and have not been able to speak to anyone as the phones are "busy" - not even an answering service.

I want this refunded, as well as the bank charges for the debit orders that illegitimately went off my account immediately.
