I lodged a FNB Credit Card dispute on 10 January 2014 to [Email Removed] with all the required documents attached etc. Since then I have had no feedback, so guess what I will be visiting your branch this weekend to close my account and go a bank that is willing to do their job and will gladly deliver the service that we as clients deserve. I will show you that we as customers can also "switch to a different bank in under 10 minutes"
