NON PAYMENT AND FUENRAL CLAIM

My husband was medically boarded 30th June 2012, as a result of delays he lost his medical aid and he was not able to dailyse but by the grace of he survived up until the 7th May 2013. his last salary was on the 15th june 2012 and since then he was made to complete forms every month. each time the forms would be incorrectly completed or there was information that was missing, this process took up until March 2013. the forms were then sent to the GPAA and still from their side there were incomplete forms. the most annoying thing is that if i did not follow up no communication is done by the GPAA advising me that there was outstanding information. my husband died not having enjoyed the benefits of what was due to him. i have been calling the call centre and everytime i am told there is outstanding information however no one bothers to call and advise me. i did a funeral claim on behalf of my husband and myself since i am an employee of the government as well but to this date i have received nothing but i am told different stories still about incomplete forms or i am told the money was rejected by the bank/SARS has not released the money.today i was told to go to the branch in cpt
