My FNB switch must have been the biggest mistake I have made. Two debit orders where moved immediately once the switch happened even though I had not received my account number. I was told I had not read the terms and condition after I complained.
I was also advised of an upgraded to the gold credit card. I filled all the documents and got a reference number.
Credit card upgrade - 13156-069441357. Till today, I have received no feedback even though documents were sent. I went to Eastgate FNB and was given the run around even though I showed them the proof of all the documents and emails. The lady in the client services was going to get back to me... guess what?..no feedback.
I also requested that my other bank credit card balance be transferred to FNB at the advertised low rate, nothing
I even logged a complaint on the FNB site... to date no one called or I received feedback
I received my cheque card, I changed my PIN on-line, it sent me a message stating I need to verify at an ATM. I done that the next day and the PIN code change only works at the ATM. If I use my card anywhere else, my new pin code doesn't work. I have to use the code that FNB sent to me.
Very disappointed
