I have banked with Standard bank for 10 years and have spent a fortune on their credit card and the thanks for that is that they cancel my credit card without letting me know (I found out by calling the call centre). they just discontinue the BA Miles rewards and the credit card with it. Then when I ask what they can offer me in return I am told that someone will get back to me in several days.
If this is how much you value your Gold members then I rather go to FNB. I think they will give me better service.
Your service is terrible and I hope all your credit card holders move to a bank that actually give a dam about their clients.
