I called the FNB call centre to report that their interest rates on my credit card is too high and i was advised to send an email to admin to get a breakdown. Below is my email sent on Mon 8 April:

I would like to find out how the interest rates on my FNB credit card is calculated?

I have been banking with FNB for almost 9 years and have been given an interest rate of 19.4% whereas Standard Bank gave me a credit card with double the amount of credit compared to FNB and their interest rates is 14%
I really cannot understand this.
Standard bank has also approved my vehicle finance and FNB had not.
I'm really unhappy and will be switching over to Standard Bank should FNB not provide me with the most competitive rates and service.

I still have not heard anything from FNB. I have never banked with Standard bank but I am going to switch my account over because FNB does not take care of their clients. All you do is exploit us with your fees.
