I went to your standard branch to enquire about an application for a home loan and i was told by the reception that none of there consultants deal with those application. As a standard bank client its frustrating to move from one branch to another for service. Please tell me where to go or who to contact regarding this as consultants seems to busy to assist clients in both boulders an midrand branches
