On the 29th of June 2013, my wife and i sat 3 hours in the Midrand Branch completing the homeloan application. During this time Sihle explained how excited he was about his upcoming trip. he promised to capture our application and provide feedback (Within 10-15 business days). We have heard nothing since. i have been to the Sandton branch on the 5th of July and contacted the Homeloan call centre today, on both occasions i have been advised that nothing has been captured. It seems Sihle's Durban trip was more important than my Home Loan application. Due to Standard Bank i am losing valuable time and money through my developers. I want a senior homeloan manager to contact me today.
