I have had a few issues with Standard Bank and the Prestige Banker at the Westville branch who seems to never be available. I complained on Facebook and Tamara dealt with my complaint. She has been absolutely amazing and I am so thrilled with her service. Tamara is definitely an asset to Standard Bank!!!
