To whom it may concern.
I have an account with Fnb Lenasia Branch; I was visited the branch with regards to my account queries. I was told that my account was closed on 17/01/2014. And requested that my account be re-opened. I have been a loyal client to FNB for the past 5 years and my account was in a good standing until last year September. I'm extremely upset after being a loyal client and being told that my account cannot be re-opened. I feel that totally unacceptable and request my account to be re-opened. Reason being, I have been on a contract with Government and have my FNB account details. I don't mind paying write off amount that I owe but insist that my account be re-opened. Im highly prepared to take it further if nothing is done.
