My property was damaged by hail and heavy rain during multiple storms recently. I registered a claim against ABSA Insurance and received a claim number. A contractor came out to assess the damage and submitted a report to ABSA. Since then I received no response from ABSA and the replies to my inquiries are always the same - my claim is in process and waiting for approval. I still have no information on why my claim is not getting any attention while all neighbours around me had the damages to their properties already repaired. My claim number is 2469878.
