No Feedback / Response on Claim

I logged a claim with ABSA insurance almost a month ago. JA Rudolph was assigned to my claim but I haven't received a SINGLE WORD/CALL from him. I complained about this on HelloPeter and ABSA responded on 8 January saying they will provide feedback - I still haven't heard from them.
