I have had hail damage to my house in November' 2012, and until this day 9th May' 2013 I do not get any feedback what so ever with Kaketso, she is either never there, on lunch, on holiday, in meetings or in the bathroom, I leave messages one by one every day and still no feedback I have even sent her an e-mail regarding my claim and she does not even respond to it. How long do I have to wait to get a claim in order, and settled if I do not get any service from this person it's been 6 Months now I have spoken to her manager also and still no luck.
If this is how ABSA is helping they clients then I will rather find another branch except ABSA to take my home loan over.
For they are quick to take money but as soon as you need they help they disappears like the dust.
Get new people in that knows how to do the work if Koketso does not want to.
I need to get feedback on this for I am not waiting any longer on this.
