Apalling and misinformation

I reported an incident that occurred when my card did not withdraw money at an ATM and my account was deducted the amount requested. After being promised the world by Ellenn that i will be receiving my money in three working days that never happened, this report was done on the 25 Feb 2013 and funny enough the ref number given was never valid. After a second call i was then given another ref number and waited for my money to be refunded, still nothing happened. Today i called to inquire as to when the money will be reversed, i was informed by an abrupt agent that no matter what is say i have to way 12 working days. I then requested to speak to a supervisor who then in turn promised prompt service and still got no call back nor my money. Standard bank surely you have shown me the reason why i should never plan a future with your bank and i regret the day i thot i would get any peace of mind banking with you. My stay with standard bank has been nothing but hassle and phone calls and mistakes and all this has been to my detrimental. I shall from this point on state that Standard bank never cares for an everyday banker without a seven figure amount in their account. WOW Moving Forwad
