Ive noted that my policy is still on FNBs books, ie its both on FNBs book and yours..please explain why and provide a guarantee that there is no double debit of my account due to administaration errors.
The policy was due to be migrated from FNB Insurance Brokers to Hollard.
Also please explain why there is a debit due to run on the 22nd and not month end without notifying me.
