I e-mailed Hollard funeral division on 19 March 2013 to enquire about whether I could add my husband to my policy (no, 6091520) or what other options I have. They replied by saying the policy lapsed in 2009 and the other policy (don't know what they are talking about) was cancelled. I replied and sent a copy of my policy (with policy number, ID number etc on it) to prove that I only took the policy out on 01/06/2011. How could it have lapsed 2 years before I took it out? After again supplying them with my I.D. number they still reply saying the policy has lapsed and the policy holder is Lida Elizabeth Nzima (whoever that is)!!! Is this one of those insurance we see on TV?? And what is happening to the money of my debit order coming off my account every month? I am very disgruntled right now!!! Please don't phone me, I want everything in writing.
