I have my car and household effects insured with Virgin. I am replacing my 7 year Corolla today with a Hyundai and need to change the existing policy. I got lower quotes from other insurers and then phoned Virgin. Ryan gave me a quote, lower than my existing policy, and on being told that it was still higher than my other quotes, transferred me to Irshaad Mohamed who reviewed my policy and no claim status. The final figure that he gave me was far less than the lowest quote that I had obtained. All this was done with the utmost efficiency and in such a way as this customer felt like a king. Well done the Virgin team.
