Morning i'm very upset with the service i received from Telesure Consultant Awelani Nemaagani, I Registered a Claim on Friday the 29th of November 2013 for Damages to my Vehicle due to Hail Storm we had in the West Rand, The consultant was very Rude to me and Rejected my Claim saying i'm only covered for 3rd Party Damages of which when i took the Policy with Virgin Money i was Not Advised that Hail Damage to my is Excluded on my Vehicle, She Turned around and said she listened to the recording and i said i said i couldn't afford Premiums and i opted for a Cheaper Cover and if i was Properly Advised of such i wouldn't have Taken the Cover in anyways, They were so Quick to give me the Policy and now because i'm facing difficulties i'm being told i do not have Cover for Hail Damage, I'm so disappointed with the Outcome and Serviced rendered by YOUR COMPANY and i'm not going to leave this matter i will be in contact with the Local Newspapers and Will make it my Mission that Insurance companies are Exposed of their Disloyalty to their Clients, All i want is My Car to be Fixed and i Will be Happy as i took the Policy under the impression VIRGIN MONEY IS THE BEST BUT FOUND OUT ITS NOT
