I received a quote from Outsurance on the 13th March 2013, and it was way more than what I am currently paying. Since they claim they will pay out R400 if they cannot beat your current insurance, I enquired more about this from the consultant who was assisting me. He told me I qualify for the promo and I would soon receive an e-mail link that I would have to use for claiming the cash. I did not receive anything, instead I was contacted by another Outsurance representative 5 days later, she just wanted to know why I didn't take up their offer/quote. After our conversation she also promised me that I would receive the link within a few minutes, I am still waiting to this day!
