So I took Outsurace on the offer to beat my insurance or pay out R400.00. After the quote it was evidently clear that Outsurance could not beat my current insurer Miway.
When I advised Oupa (the consultant) that it was time for them to deliver on their promise and pay me my R400, I was given the run around, told I will be sent a link and I should attach my current policy on the link.
How funny that i have not received the link? Outsurance deliver on your promise.
Its also funny that they want you to proove your current insurance premium whereas they already have this information as a competitor insurance company.
