I called Outsurance at 9:45am 4/12/2013 and spoke to Marika Van Vuuren. I asked her to give me a quote on insurance for my vehicle as I have seen the Outsurance ad on the internet about the R400 payout they will give you if they cannot beat your current insurance premium. She took me through the process, only to find that they quoted me more than my current insurance. I opted for the R400 to be paid to me, but she tried to understand why I didnt want to take the offer that was made to me. She sounded reluctant to send me the promotion link (this i know, by the tone of her voice). At the end of the call I confirmed with her to send me the promotional link as she had all my contact details. This hasnt been done yet, she has only sent me the quotation for the car insurance.'I feel that Outsurance has OUT-Played me on a R400. She claims she had given me good service which is true, BUT only up until the point where I didn't accept the quote is what i think. :-(
