I take it back, back, back!!!

I submitted a claim of lighning damage to my gate motor on the 15/01/2014. Janet assured me that i would be contacted in 2 days time. Recieved sms with same message Claim nr 2521007 blah blah blah. Phoned Friday afternoon to hear how far my claim is, Fumani ttold me that claim have been directed to wrong department. I wonder had i not called would this have been noted. Fumani phoned a "branch" and promissed that someone will call me that same day/ Guess what? Im still waiting. PLEASE ABSA IF POSSIBLE, I WOULD LIKE TO REVOKE THE FULL MARKS I HAVE GIVEN THIS AGENT BY THE NAME OF JANET IN THE SURVEY AFTER THE CALL. i TAKE IT BACK, BACK BACK...
