Are you guys still being crippled by your incompetent work force?
I have emailed, and phoned and emailed and phoned and have yet to get a response from anyone. So, I am sure that you'll be terribly apologetic for my wait and blah blah blah, but I want my parcel!!!
The tracking number is ii278208865ZA and I will come and collect it myself if I have to. WHERE IS IT? And why hasn't it moved since 12 February?
Your behaviour is quite criminal. Perhaps you could be helpful and let me know how I might go about claiming for the loss from your organisation? I mean, you have the audacity to charge duty and any number of other fees, so I imagine it must also swing the other way.
