I called African bank on the 30th of December 2013 to apply for rescheduling.
They required a certain amount of Documentation - which was sent through.
I called African bank over 7 times already to find out how far the process is...
I get the same story - it was sent through to back office and you will receive a sms once finalized.
I received a sms saying that the motivation letter and payslip is still outstanding but it was confirmed telephonically that all documents was received.
20 days no feedback at all - Good Turnaround time.
Can I please get feedback on this???
