Approval process that messes people around

I followed the African bank process by going into the branch after a consultant had called me. I filled out all the paperwork that took an 1 and a half due to the system being slow. And 2 days later i am still waiting for my loan to be payed out. The first excuse was that my employment confirmation had to be done, because we have moved offices i alerted my HR and she sat still but did not receive the call. Then the 2nd excuse was that my application now has to be faxed to head office to check. I am not a new member to African bank and this client service is not appealing at all especially knowing that i make sure all my debit orders to African bank go off on time each month. why make customers sit so long in a branch and fill out millions of forms if the following procedures take a few days??? is this how clients are valued? and each time there was no call or feedback i had to contact African bank. If someone can please be so kind as to shed some light on this situation.
