I took out a loan from African Bank since last week on Friday at Brackenfell office Old paarl road the Western Cape. I provided them with all the documentation and even signed an agreement. I was promised a call back on the same day but, to this day, and did not get any feedback. Now I have called both call centers and branch ample times.
Prior taking the loan, I was told this should only take 48hours and the money will be paid into my account. It is now 6 days and still nothing.
When somebody apply for a loan, its because they are in need and not because of fun.
I basically want to know what the problem is, why do I not get any feedback? Must I leave this loan application? Why is it taking so long to respond?
