I was involved in an accident where my car was knocked by a guy driving for a company called Alert Engine, I reported the accident with his company the same time when the accident happened. After a week of me calling Alert Engine, they referred me to Regent who were meant to take over my claim. Regent told me that because I"m the 3rd party, I will not get a courtesy car. I have provided all the documents and information that they had required but still till this day my claim has not been settled and I have to email and call them every week for feedback. On the 8 Jan 2014 I was told to wait for 5 working days and that has passed and still no word from Regent. For almost 5 months now I had to struggle with transport as the public transport system is very bad where I work and I am disabled with makes using taxis to and from work has become a very painful experience. I am not very happy with the level of service I am getting from both Regent and Alert Engine. Not to mention that for the 1st 3 months I was given an ncorrect claim number and when it was picked I was made to look like I was the one at fault and yet that number was given to me by Alert Engine.
