Dear ABSA

I want you to understand that when I log into my internet banking I have to change browsers especially for YOU!!

I wonder if you know that other banks have banking that works on any browser? Maybe you need to learn something from them.

I just want to to be able to purchase some airtime for existing beneficiaries... do you think you can fix it so that their numbers can be valid on your system... they are valid numbers when I dial them...

Its shocking that when I tell this to your service consultant she recommends me changing browser again! Please how will this fix your system recognizing the telephone numbers!

Why do you have to employ people who really just keep me on the phone forever while they fix nothing!!!

I am really furious at your service delivery!

Please find someone who can deal with this urgently and get them to fix it!
