IT SEEMS TO BE NEDBANKS CULTURE TO CONSISTANTLY NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR SAYING "MAKE THINGS HAPPEN", ESPECIALLY MANAGEMENT AND THEIR STAFF IN COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT.
