As a client of Standard Bank, I am holding a few funeral policies and all my other financial business with them, a few days ago we had a bereavement in our family. and we had to claim from one of the funeral policies. Unfortunately we experienced a problem during the claiming process, needless to say Tsugi jumped on board and went out of her way to assist.
