Application made for project financing on 14 November 2013 together with all required documents, including a service level agreement, project plan, project cash flow forecast and including additional submission of immovable property as surety. With deadline clearly stated end January 2014. Up to date of this complaint only received confirmation on the 9 of December 2013 for additional financial project plan information that was already submitted on the 14th of November. Nothing else since then. Also submitted complaint to head of business sentre, Morne Kemp on the 15th of January 2014. Only received apologies and to look into the matter as soon as possible and will revert back to me. I had to follow up on the 23rd of January again, via email and have had since date of the complaint, received any feedback from Standard Bank Business Banking. The service received or lack there of is embarrassing to say the least.
