ABSA, the bank that makes NIGHTMARES come true

In November 2013 i applied for an ABSA personal loan at ABSA Eastgate, after much struggle my personal loan was Approved.
in Decemeber my first installment came through and i went to pay cash for it. To my surprise i got an SMS early in the morning, notifying me i did not pay for my personal loan. I then went to ABSA mabopane to enquire and they confirmed that i did pay, BUT i still owed R216.00 for ABSA credit life, THE CREDIT LIFE I MADE CLEAR TO THE CONSULTANT THAT I DID NOT WANT ADDED. I then contacted ABSA Eastgate to remove it and reverse the charges, and put a note on the system that its they are busy with it, which they confirmed that they did. But SIX TIMES A WEEK, TWICE A DAY, i get a call from RUDE, ARROGANT call center staff demanding i pay, when i try explain to them and ask them to contact the branch manager they tell me they cant because they have no contact with the branches, i must just pay up the money. Now i am scared that my name will be blacklisted for something i had no control over.

ABSA is supposed to be a bank that makes dreams come true not nightmares for client. ABSA staff members are incompetant, unrelaible, and have no intergrity whatsoever.
