I received a SAA Voyager Credit Card, and telephonically agreed to insurance to pay the outstanding debt. When I discovered that the insurance costs more than my monthly usage, I went to my local Nedbank branch (Castle Walk) to cancel the debit order. The person there told me to use their phone and cancel via the Call Centre. This I did, and they promised to cancel the debit order. Last night this debit order was deducted again. How do I recover my money, and ensure that it does not happen again?
