Rude Customer service Agent at the call centre

Hi there!

My Name is Audrey I do have several accounts with African bank, today the 17th January 2014 at about 11:00 I received a call from call centre agent I did not even hear her name because they will be saying it so fast for you not to hear a word of what they said the name is, there she goes on & on about the account and finally comes to the main reason she called, she said they will debiting on the 24th of January since the date I get paid on falls on weekend, I said to her I do not agree because I am not aware when my pay date falls on weekend when do I usually get it then she start an argument telling me she does not want to fight as she is aware I am on a fighting mode, I got so upset I dropped the call the next thing I receive an sms that says dear Mrs... your debit account has been updated as per your instruction. how do I receive such sms while I did not agree on that date? I called back at the call centre the next agent again speaks in a manner which is very difficult to hear her name & I said "sorry you said your name is? I tell you I could hear her sigh on the other side of the line & I said hello couple of times and she simply dropped the call. now that's bad
