DID YOU KNOW - NO AUDIT TRAIL OF ACCESS TO

I have been on debt counselling for some time and I have a court order. I am with Octogen. I have paid 2 our of the three loans off with African Bank. 3 months ago I get a call from an agent asking me for my bank details to debit my bank account. We settled on an amount and I proceeded to give them the details. Debits proceeded to go off. This morning I receive a call from an agent telling me, why did I give my bank details to the agent that called 2 months ago? WHY DID I DO THAT? I should have told them I was no longer on debt counseling. WHAT NONSENSE, I HAVE NOT GONE OFF. She still had the attitude that I have no right shouting at her after I am being questioned about WHY I GAVE MY BANK DETAILS TO AN AGENT. I then asked her to put me through to the manager. She said NO I WONT, IF YOU WANT TO SPEAK TO MY MANAGER YOU WILL HAVE TO CALL BACK. The next agent I got when I called back said the following: I cannot tell you who the last person was who called you as she did not leave a note. IN ASKING IS THERE NO RECORD OF WHO ACCESSED MY RECORDS LAST, she politely said NO!! Only if a message is left. All in ALL AFRICAN BANK, Don't point fingers for your incompetent mistakes
