On 1 Dec 2013 my husband and i were involved in accident. We registered our claim with Budget Insurance which was approved. Budget Insurance paid the settlement of the vehicle as it was a write off to MFC and deposited the shortfall into my account. now, MFC has since debited my account and when i enquired about it, i being sent from pillar to post. they are now saying my insurance did not settle the car and if they did then MFC is in no capacity of the proof of payment. Mannier times I've tried to get hold of someone at their payments department to track my settlement but to date i still sit with a red face. i contacted Budget with this information and they again told me that they usually do not send proof of payment as they are linked. and they have done it before. so its quite disturbing to learn that this kind of behaviour is given to me. budget even tried to sent them a dummy screen to show them that they paid and to which account. i am very unhappy with them and i do not know which next step to take as they are not willing to put me through to someone higher than them. this is really not fair as i am taking my time and my airtime to make a follow up on someone who is faili
