On the 21st December 2013, i had an incident where the camp-belt caused engine failure on the freeways M1 towards Sandton/Pretoria just off M2 on the bridge. called road side assistance for towing and we were neglected on the freeways for over 2 hours in a danger zone and i had kids in the car, where we were almost ran over many times and i feared for my families life and had to become a human triangle, as our one was ran over.
i even had to make arrangements to get an alternative tow-service to help, i then phoned to complain about this and i think i Spoke to Jani whom loged a call with eigther one of these references 117474 or 3081471019632370, and no responce was given to me, even todate. i demand an explanation herein, an apology and i want to be re-emburst on damages for an alternative towing i had to arrange myself.
