In efficient Agents hangs up

I am formally complaining about a rude and un- professional operator I have just engaged with at the Amex call centre.

My problem is a simple one I have one gold American express and was issued with another blue and white Assistance Travel card.

On enquirer it transpires that the blue and white card is registered to me against another gold charge card which I do not have. That is my first concern. The operator was adamant that I have been issued that card and the more I need to understand what the blue and white card was for and that I have not received the card in question. She advised me that she does not know what the blue and white card as they only deal with Nedbank issued card. The point is I got it from Nedbank but this had falling on deaf ears. She then demanded saying I must identify myself I refused as she had indicated that she cannot help me I asked to be put through to the supervisor and a reference number for the recording which she then promptly hung up. I did say that she was useless and of no help.

I do not believe that I should be treated like this My problem however is not resolved So what started out as a simple enquirer has lead to a number of issues
