EFT INTO MY ACCOUNT

On 15th January 2014, funds were transferred into my FNB Account (EFT) but the reference was vague. I could not figure it out where the money was coming from. I called the bank and was transferred from one department to the other until the last person gave me a number to call. Unfortunately, it is saying the number DOES NOT EXIST. I still don't know whether to spend this money or not - but it's in my account and my bankers, FNB, are failing to tell me where the money is coming from.
