InContact Email received and NO ONE can assist

Good day,

This will be my first and hopefully last complaint against FNB since I'm usually a big supporter of FNB.

I received a email from [Email Removed] today at 9:47 with subject: FNB: Status Update

I've phoned FNB Prevention 087 575 9444. They redirected me to another number with options to select (no option available) so I held on till someone answered. I've been redirected 4 times and given these numbers to phone (0875759404 and 0875750000) but to no avail. No options available to select and when I do get hold of a person, they cannot assist and redirect me...

This is certainly not "How can we help you" attitude!

Who will confirm why I received this email from InContact and should it be spam or, please do something about it.
