BAD SERVICE FROM ABSA HOME OWNERS INSURANCE

It was broken into my house on 26 December 2013. I am insured with Absa home owners insurance. Absa sent out a company to replace my broken dpown door by the name of Sol Structurs (Phi). Phil boarded up my door and is inacceccible to dat. He was supposed to have replaced the door and security gate, but every time I contact him he says that he's waiting for a job number from Absa. I spent 8 hours on the phone yesterday 06/01/2014 trying to speak to an agent. I held on for most of the 8 hours. Other agents just kept putting me on hold or transferring me to full mailboxes. My claim no is 2511120. I have has similar experience with ABSA in the past. They are imcompetent and the ontractors that they use are absolutely useless. I am at my witts ends and ask for your help in this matter. I await your advise.
